At OLOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a product doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
